But, hours later, they deleted it.  “It was just an error,” a spokesperson for House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) told Marijuana Moment. The scheduling snafu comes shortly after Democratic leaders delayed a vote on a separate federal legalization bill. Election Day is November 3, but the marijuana election has already started…
