New York Medical Cannabis Operators Say Regulatory Agency ‘Abused Its Authority’ in State’s Adult-Use Rollout

Executives from Curaleaf, GTI, PharmaCann and Acreage penned a letter to Gov. Kathy Hochul urging that regulators allow medical cannabis licensees to serve the broader adult-use market.
