Traveling in Massachusetts this summer has no shortage of options for cannabis shopping. With more than 200 retail dispensaries now open, people are seeking places to consume beyond their private residences.
With social consumption regulations still unknown, private parties and events are popping up all across the Bay State. No doubt more will be announced as summer continues. But this listing will help you enjoy cannabis and connect with fellow enthusiasts.
Summit Lounge in Worcester.
This is the first private consumption space to open in Massachusetts. Located in the center of the state in the cannabis-friendly city of Worcester, the Summit Lounge offers three membership levels: daily at $10, monthly at $20, or yearly at $200.

Fireseed Arts in Framingham.

But if you want to support this beautiful space, check out fi reseedartstudios.com and shop for custom rolling trays, cutting boards, musical instruments, custom furniture, and more.

Boston Common Annual Freedom Rally.
For the 34th time, the longest-running cannabis rally in Massachusetts will occur in the Boston Common this September. With roots in civil disobedience to destigmatize and advocate for cannabis equity and legalization, this well-attended event features an education village, performance stages, guest speakers, vendors, and cannabis enthusiasts converging near the State House steps.
While public consumption is technically still illegal in Massachusetts, the consequences are minimal ($100 fine and/or confiscation), and attendees can choose to consume at their own risk. Massachusetts law allows adults to possess up to one ounce of cannabis in public. So help end the stigma by flaunting your flower with thousands of others.
