This week, advocates in Missouri began collecting signatures to qualify a marijuana legalization initiative for the November 2020 ballot. City council members in Cleveland, Ohio approved an ordinance by a 15-2 vote to remove jail time for up to 200 grams of marijuana possession. It was signed into law by the mayor a few days later.
