RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Assist General Counsel with ongoing legal matters, including general corporate matters, acquisitions, governance, licensing, litigation, compliance, and employment. Supervise the management and protection of the Company’s intellectual property. Draft and review a variety of commercial agreements, including leases, joint venture agreements, letters of intent, procurement and vendor contracts, confidentiality agreements, financing agreements, etc. Collaborate in developing and maintaining legal compliance and risk mitigation strategies, including drafting and maintaining contract forms, legal documents and systems Prepare and explain complex legal and commercial issues Support the business, including handling routine contract drafting, review and negotiation.
