When the government really cares about peoples health,  it educates its citizens and empowers them with information and accessible services . California DPH has done just that .!! We would love to see some similar initiatives from the top rather than having to struggle to get our voices heard.  Legalisation is the only way forward .  Regulate ,Educate ,Medicate.
