The first thing Sara Batterby did as CEO of her new company was take the nude pin-up calendar off the office refrigerator.
“It was one of those naked girls in a field of weed type things,” she laughs. Which might have been unusual, if her workplace hadn’t been Hifi farms, a sustainable marijuana plantation that Esquire magazine dubbed “the coolest cannabis farm in Oregon.”
