Relieving Effects of CBG In Different Medical Conditions

CANNANNEW REPORT

CBG or cannabigerol is obtained from immature cannabis plants since it is not present in fully developed plants. CBGA, an acidic version of CBG, is the stem cell of the cannabis plant, meaning that as the young plant is growing it is producing CBG and as it matures and produces flowers the CBG is converted to THC or CBD or a combination of the two. In most fully developed cannabis plants with considerable THC and CBD concentrations, CBG levels are relatively low. It occurs because most of the CBG has been converted to CBD and THC as the plant has matured. Due to the difficulty in acquiring CBG, cannabis producers have been experimenting with cross-breeding and genetic manipulation to help cannabis plants produce more of it.   The Potential Benefits of CBG CBG is being used to relieve pain without the intoxicating effects of THC and is very similar to CBD.
