Greek authorities with a sweet tooth were likely initially disappointed, but later elated, about finding about 4.3 tons of cannabis hidden amidst a cargo of cupcake-making equipment. Following up on a tip from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), officials in Greece raided a container that had earlier arrived by sea at the main port of Piraeus on Apr. 16, according to the Associated Press. The container manifested as industrial “cupcake-making machines” and originating in Lebanon was scheduled to be then be taken by rail on Apr. to Bratislava, Slovakia, travelling through North Macedonia, Serbia and Hungary.
