Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey (R) reacted to lawmakers sending medical cannabis legislation to her desk, saying, “I hope, after thoroughly reviewing it, we can sign the bill.” The Minnesota House Ways and Means Committee approved the majority leader’s marijuana legalization bill.
