A 25-year-old man in College Station, Tex. was reportedly arrested for marijuana possession — less than two ounces, but an amount that still elicits a misdemeanor charge punishable by 180 days in jail and a fine of US$2,000 ($2,500) in the Lone Star State — on Apr. 1, according to KXXV . Citing a probable cause statement from police, KXXV reports Brandon Glynn Bilodeau had been seen smoking weed on his balcony on April Fool’s Day. Tongue in cheek?
