A Minnesota man faces two felony counts for threatening violence after allegedly yelling at employees at a medicinal dispensary because his prescription was not ready on time and for reportedly threatening a person in the store parking lot. The charges have been laid against St. Cloud, Minn. resident Dakota Housman, 31, who is alleged to have gone to the Leafline Labs dispensary and, after being told his medical cannabis prescription refill would be late, phoned the store more than 30 times to get updates and berate staff, KFGO reported on Feb. 19 . Citing a criminal complaint filed in Stearns County District Court, St. Cloud Times noted on Feb. 17 that police responded to the scene at about 4 p.m. on Nov. 12. They were told that Housman, during his three dozen calls, yelled at dispensary employees because his prescription was not being filled on time.
