Despite recreational weed still being technically illegal in the country, Jamaica has long been synonymous with cannabis, a reputation that some argue is being sullied by bad weather and the raging pandemic. It’s getting more difficult to get one’s hands on cannabis, what the mix of natural and man-made factors: heavy rain, drought, a pandemic that has ratcheted up use and a loosening of laws that may not necessarily serve people at home. “Last year was the worst year.
