As soon as the alerts went out, Molina says people started showing up, and the dispensaries had lines around the building by 1 p.m.Arizona is currently experiencing a cold snap, Molina says, with rain and temperatures in the 40s, but the bad weather has not deterred customers, who continue to line up at The Mint’s dispensary locations.“The crowds have been incredible,” Molina says. “It feels like a party atmosphere.
