Long-time cannabis activist Steve DeAngelo has left California’s Harborside Inc., the company announced in a press release . DeAngelo co-founded Harborside in 2006 as a non-profit medical cannabis dispensary. The company was granted one of the first six medical cannabis licenses in the United States and offers comprehensive cannabis education for seniors, veterans, and families with severely and chronically ill children.
