A package of pot that was addressed to Erik Menendez and arrived at the R.J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego will not lead to new charges for the 50-year-old convicted murderer, reports TMZ . Menendez was reportedly moved into isolation as prison officials began investigating the origins of the package and whether or not Menendez had solicited it. Prison officials believed the pot could have been destined for personal use, distributed to other inmates or used as a form of currency once inside the facility. Menendez and his brother, Lyle, are currently incarcerated after being convicted in the 1989 murder of their parents, José and Mary.
