The inmate also handed over a note telling him to submit US$50 into Farley’s account. During the phone call, the corrections officer heard all about exactly who should be mailed the incriminating papers. Farley reportedly told his girlfriend to get children to draw on the papers and to “write a letter to baby.” Corrections staff discovered that some inmates were getting high by smoking the spice-laced children’s drawings, the complaint points out.
