The money is partially aimed at reducing student drug use, so now schools will have less funds to support those efforts. Oklahoma lawmakers sent Gov. Kevin Stitt (R) a bill that allows medical cannabis delivery services and lets out-of-state residents register as patients for up to 90 days, subject to renewal. The Louisiana House of Representatives approved bills letting doctors recommend medical cannabis for any debilitating medical condition and to allow for medical marijuana delivery services.
