March 23, 2020 Social Distancing Policies for Marijuana and Liquor Businesses Effective Immediately per Executive Order 20-12 Per Governor Brown’s Executive Order 20-12 on March 23, 2020, all cannabis and liquor businesses must designate an employee or officer to establish, implement, and enforce social distancing policies, consistent with guidance from the Oregon Health Authority.This is effective immediately. **Stores will remain open for business as long as they comply with the Executive Order. Please designate an employee or officer and develop a plan to implement and enforce social distancing policies. The guidelines are listed in part 6 of the Executive Order.
