New Vermont Bill Would Decriminalize Psychedelics And Kratom

Vermont lawmakers filed a bill on Wednesday that would decriminalize three psychedelic substances as well as kratom. Rep. Brian Cina (P/D) introduced the legislation, which would amend state law to carve out exemptions to the list of controlled substances. Psilocybin, ayahuasca, peyote and kratom would no longer be regulated under the proposal.
