Update: Virtual Gateway to MassCIP Transition Moved to Monday, January 27 Last week, the Cannabis Control Commission (Commission) announced that the Medical Use of Marijuana Program Online System (Online System) will transition from the Commonwealth’s Virtual Gateway (VG) to the Massachusetts Cannabis Industry Portal (MassCIP) on Monday, January 20. The launch has been moved to Monday, January 27. The VG/Online System will be shut down from Friday, January 24 (6 p.m.) until Monday, January 27 (9 a.m.) to do a system backup before relaunching in MassCIP. Patients and caregivers may continue to use their VG accounts until the shut down on the 24th. Patients and caregivers with existing VG accounts will be able to claim their new MassCIP accounts starting Monday, January 27. You must claim your MassCIP account in order to manage business through the portal. Please follow the steps below to claim your account: 1. Visit https://patient.massciportal.com  2.
